Nike SB has joined forces with Athens, Greece’s Color Skates on this Dunk High.
Inspired by the popular Greek dish , the gyro kebab, this DUnk High sports a tan suede foundational layer, inspired by the pita. The elephant print that wraps the heel is inspired by the meat. Tomatoes are the inspiration for the red laces and branding , while the white at the toe box is meant to be reminiscent of tzatziki sauce. Color Skate branding is seen on the lateral heel and on the inner tongue with a “KEBAB AND DESTROY” tag. A final visual feature of the upper are the gyro graphics found on the right heel, and insoles.
The release of the “Kebab and Destroy” Color Skates x Nike Dunk SB High is expected to be imminent at select skate locations.
